MapMaker Tutorial

This tutorial provides users with an introduction to MapMaker genetic mapping software. The tutorial includes instructions of how to download MapMaker software, how to format genotypic data, how to run basic MapMaker commands, and how to display MapMaker output. A sample data set including an Excel file, text file, and output file are also provided.
